Please take a moment to read through the job description below—we want to make sure this role is the right fit for you!

We have some specific requirements, and we'd love to find someone who's genuinely excited about what we do.

Do you want to bring joy and peace to people's lives?

Every time we walk into a home, we're not just cleaning—we're creating space for someone to breathe, rest, and feel cared for. At Busy Bees, we believe that a clean home is an act of love. It's a gift of time, comfort, and peace.

Experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person. Even if you have cleaning experience, we'll train you to our standards—because "flawless" means something here. What matters most is your attitude, your willingness to learn, and your heart for service.

If you're humble, teachable, and ready to grow with us—we'd love to meet you.

Our Story

Busy Bees Flawless Clean & Organizing LLC was founded by Krystina, a survivor who turned her pain into purpose. Built on biblical principles of love, integrity, and service, Busy Bees exists to bring peace and comfort into every home we touch.

Our culture is grounded in kindness, honesty, humility, and gratitude. While faith inspires our work, we welcome all who share our values of compassion and service-minded excellence.

We're an Equal Opportunity Employer—all backgrounds are welcome here.

Where We Serve

We're hiring across all of San Diego County, including:

North County: Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista, San Marcos, Escondido, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, Poway, Fallbrook, and Ramona

South Bay: Chula Vista, National City, Imperial Beach, Coronado, San Ysidro, Otay Mesa, and Nestor

Central San Diego: Downtown (Gaslamp Quarter, Little Italy), Hillcrest, North Park, Balboa Park, La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, Point Loma, and Mission Valley

East County: El Cajon, La Mesa, Santee, Lakeside, Alpine, and surrounding areas

What You'll Do

You'll work alongside a supportive team to deliver flawless cleaning services that reflect our commitment to excellence. Whether you're deep-cleaning a family home, refreshing a workspace, or helping someone regain control of their space through organizing, your work matters.

This isn't just about scrubbing and dusting—it's about showing up with care, attention to detail, and a servant's heart.

What We're Looking For

Experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person.

We invest in people who are teachable, respectful, and willing to grow. If you're someone who values excellence, takes feedback well, and shows up with a servant's heart—we'll teach you everything else.

We need team members who are:

Humble & eager to learn – You're open to feedback and committed to growth
Reliable & detail-oriented – You show up on time and take pride in quality work
Honest & respectful – You treat every home like it's your own
Coachable – You receive constructive criticism with grace and use it to improve
Compassionate – You understand that cleaning is an act of service
Equipped – Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance

Priority Hiring: Weekday Morning Availability

We are currently prioritizing applicants who are available for weekday morning shifts (Monday–Friday, typically starting between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM). While we may have afternoon and weekend opportunities in the future, our immediate need is for consistent weekday morning availability.

Requirements

  • 18 years or older

  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance

  • Vehicle capable of carrying cleaning supplies (sedan or larger)

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs safely

Priority Requirement: Reliable Personal Transportation

This position requires traveling to client locations throughout San Diego County and transporting cleaning equipment and supplies. You must have consistent, reliable access to your own vehicle (not occasional borrowing or relying on public transit) to safely carry the necessary tools and products for each job.

Training & Growth

Week 1: Paid on-the-job training—shadowing, product use, safety, and Busy Bees standards
Week 2: Guaranteed at least 2 supervised jobs
Weeks 3–4: Guaranteed at least 4 jobs
After Training: Guaranteed minimum of 15 jobs per month, with opportunities to grow as client demand increases

You'll have access to our Team Handbook, complete a short quiz, and earn pay increases as your skills and reliability grow.

After successful training, you'll be eligible for:

  • Independent jobs and higher pay

  • More jobs = more income—top performers can take on additional clients and specialty work

  • Your own company shirt

  • Leadership and specialty assignment opportunities

The more efficient and excellent your work, the more you earn. Many of our team members increase their income significantly as they build speed, take on more complex jobs, and become trusted go-to cleaners for repeat clients.

How You'll Be Paid

All pay is per job, not hourly. Payments average around $18/hour to help you understand potential earnings.

Examples:

  • Small job: $60 or more

  • Medium job: $100 or more

  • Large job: $150 or more

Your earning potential grows with you. Efficient, high-quality work increases your effective hourly rate. As you gain experience and take on more jobs, your income can grow well beyond the starting average.

💵 Payments are processed weekly for completed jobs.

Flexibility That Works for Your Life

Here's how scheduling works at Busy Bees:

We send you Google Calendar invites for available jobs
You choose what fits your schedule—no pressure, no demands
We value consistency, but we respect your availability
The more you're available, the more you can earn—but it's always your choice

We're not looking for people who can work every single day. We're looking for reliable team members who communicate well, show up when they commit, and help us serve our clients with excellence.

You control your schedule. We just need to know we can count on you when you say yes.

Our Standards (Because "Flawless" Means Something)

Busy Bees has built a reputation for excellence, and we protect it with care.

  • Quality feedback and coaching provided as needed

  • During training, any rework is paid and used as a learning opportunity

  • After training, rework expectations are reviewed case-by-case

  • Repeated quality issues may affect continued team membership

We're here to support your success—but we also hold a high bar because our clients trust us to show up with excellence every time.
